Quintop believes in lifelong learning and aims to stimulate and facilitate personal and professional growth. For young professionals, we have developed our two-year traineeship. In this two-year traineeship, which combines working and learning, ambitious starters rapidly develop into professional consultants.

What does the Quintop traineeship entail?
Our traineeship is a two-year program in which university graduates rapidly develop into HR consultants. In addition to internal training, you will work directly on challenging and varied assignments with leading, mostly international clients, such as: AkzoNobel, ASML, ING and Bol.com. In other words, you will work in various organisations and industries. This may be together with a coworker or independently.
Additionally, you will develop yourself personally and professionally through:
- An extensive assessment that kick-starts your development by identifying your talents and challenges.
- Approximately 25 trainings in the areas of communication, HR, project management, acquisition, and personal development.
- Intervision with a close-knit team of fellow trainees.
- Coaching/mentoring from both senior consultants and clients.
What does the traineeship offer?
After two intensive years of work experience and growth, there will be a celebratory closing ceremony and promotion to HR Consultant. But that’s not all! You will also gain access to the Personal Leadership Program.
