Since our founding in 1997, Quintop has developed into a successful HR consultancy that has been able to help a huge and diverse group of clients with their HR issues. With our motto ‘Quality Through Passion’, we have grown into a dedicated and independent HR consultancy specialising in delivering HR transformation with passion, quality and a hands-on mentality.

Quintop was founded in 1997 with a modest office in Gouda. Our goal was clear: to become the professional management consultancy that helps organisations solve organisational issues. Initially, the focus was on customer service issues. However, our client base grew rapidly and our team expanded, so we were also asked for international HR issues. With the entry of experts in this field, Quintop’s knowledge and experience grew rapidly. Pragmatic collaboration is typical for Quintop and by doing what we say and saying what we do, we have become a reliable partner for a wide range of organisations after all these years. With this approach, we often manage to exceed expectations and have built lasting relationships with more than 50 organisations and a large number of self-employed people.

To more than 25 years of expertise

In 2008, Quintop moved to Papendorp in Utrecht, where we are still based. This is now the home base for the grown group of around 30 trainees, (senior) HR consultants and associates. As an independent consultancy, we enjoy helping companies make successful organisational changes and improve their services. After 25 years, we can proudly say that Quintop is well-established as an expert in the field of HR. We continue to grow and develop, and are always looking for new challenges to help organisations achieve their goals. Working with Quintop not only means a partnership based on trust, but also entering into a long-term, sustainable relationship.
