- Independently manage challenging projects as a Senior HR Consultant in the following areas:
- Digital HR Transformation
- HR Operating Model & Global Business Services
- Business Transformation
- Engage key stakeholders and achieve established project goals for the client (example clients include AkzoNobel, Bol.com, Heineken, ASML, ING, and Verkade).
- Contribute to the client’s success through your extensive knowledge and expertise in HR, organisational change and project management.
- Contribute to Quintop’s success by generating new assignments and clients, thus expanding the network.

CAN🚀
- You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience as a consultant and/or project manager and you have experience in working for multinationals.
- In the possession of college/university degree.
- You have passion and experience in the field of Digital HR Transformation / HR Operating Model & Global Business Services / Business
- Transformation (at least 1 area, preferably more).
- You master the English language (both verbally and in writing).
- You have a large network and capable in generating leads.
- A leading example for our junior consultants.
