As a project manager, you are the driving force behind achieving objectives. You keep yourself busy with:

  • Project Management: Develop a detailed project plan that determines the route to success and defines the project’s objectives.
  • Team Composition: Set up a capable and well-composed project team that possesses the necessary expertise and skills to achieve the goals.
  • Project Control: Carefully monitor and manage the budget, time, and scope of the project to ensure efficient execution and cost control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and effectively manage risks that could affect project execution, to anticipate potential complications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Open and effective communication with all stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations to ensure a successful project progression.
