DO💪

As a program manager, you play a key role through strategic oversight, ensuring synergy between projects, and supporting project managers to maximise the impact of HR initiatives. You are therefore involved in:

  • Strategic oversight: Keeping an overview of various HR projects within a program at a strategic level, focusing on achieving program objectives.
  • Project alignment: Ensuring cohesion and synergy between individual projects, so they reinforce each other and contribute to the overarching goals of the program.
  • Program effectiveness: Evaluating the effectiveness of the program through thorough analyses and assessments to improve performance and adjust where necessary.
  • Leadership and support: Leading, guiding, and supporting project managers to optimise the impact of HR initiatives through direction, advice, and high-level support.

  • Projectmanagement: You plan, organise, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
  • Leadership skills: With your leadership skills, you motivate, inspire, and coach others within the program and ensure that program goals are achieved.
  • Strategic thinking: You develop and implement HR program that align with the overall strategy and goals of the organisation.
  • Stakeholder management: With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships, you easily collaborate with different stakeholders and involve them where necessary to ensure the success of HR initiatives.
  • Financial management: You take into account the budget of the program and do everything possible to achieve the goals within those boundaries, keeping a close eye on costs and benefits.
  • Risk management: You foresee risks that could affect the performance indicators and deliverables of the program and develop strategies to minimise or limit these risks.
  • Change management: You can effectively manage changes, including identifying potential risks and resistance, communicating changes to stakeholders, and supporting employees in the change process inherent to the program.
