As a Junior Recruiter at Quintop, you’ll have the opportunity to search for HR Consultants who are a perfect fit for our company and our clients in your own creative and innovative way. Whether they’re junior, mid-level, or senior, you’re the one who discovers, screens, and interviews them. Additionally, you’ll build strong relationships with independent professionals in our field, connecting them with assignments in our portfolio. Collaboration with your colleagues and the Talent & Development Manager is central to this, ensuring that no day is the same, and the interaction with candidates and colleagues makes your work dynamic.
