  • Work on challenging HR Transformation projects in the following areas:
    • Digital HR Transformation
    • HR Operating Model
    • Organisational Development
  • Engage important stakeholders and achieve established project goals for the client (example clients include AkzoNobel,, Heineken, ASML, ING, and Verkade).
  • Contribute to the success of the client through your expertise in HR, organisational change and project management.

  • You have 3-7 years of relevant work experience as a consultant and/or project manager.
  • In the possession of college/university degree.
  • You have a passion for and knowledge of HR, project management and organisational change.
  • You master the English language (both verbally and in writing).
  • You naturally take a proactive approach and prioritize customer focus.
  • You have high standards for the quality of your work and carry out tasks with precision and attention.
  • You are authentic and capable of self-reflection.
