With a background in business administration Richard ended up in the HR domain by accident, but for more than 20 years he has been passionately working to increase the impact of HR on the success of organisations. Knowledge and expertise in the full breadth of HR, but more and more he is a specialist in the field of (Digital) HR Transformations. He feels at home in both boardrooms and on the work floor, from startups to multinational.
