Babette graduated from the University of Amsterdam. She obtained a bachelor’s in communication science and a master’s in business administration with a focus on Leadership & Management.

She started her career through a secondment at Rabobank as a data analyst for the capital reporting team. After two years, she made a transfer to the department of Human Resources, where she fulfilled various roles. She started as an advisor for executive employees and suitability assessment of managing and supervisory board members. After that, she was an HR professional, in which she supported managers and HR business partners with HR related project, such us reorganisations, improve diversity and inclusion, enhance engagement and individual cases. In her role as transformation consultant, she contributed to the organisation wide transformation, in which she focused on behavioral and cultural change, with the ambition to change system and processes to influence the behavior of managers and employees accordingly.
She will continue her career at Quintop by supporting organisations with their HR and Change ambitions. She enjoys beginning involved from the start and working together with the client to deliver on the desired result.

I am looking forward to help clients in various sectors in achieving their strategic goals by utilising HR in its full capacity. Being able to do this from a company where you can work together with other professionals to brainstorm, learn and experiment. Working with different clients on different projects fits my ambition to continuously learn perfectly. Moreover, with the diversity in projects I will be able to broaden not only my knowledge, but also my network. I am a strong believer that everyone has their talents and therefore I love working together to share experiences and learn from each other.
