Joske is a results-driven consultant who enjoys going the extra mile for clients. She will dig deeper under the surface and oversee the entire context in which a question arises.
She started her career in contingent workforce management and later specialised in international payroll consultancy. In the years before joining Quintop, she worked as an HR consultant for several organisations in a wide variety of sectors. There, she built her experience in diverse roles as payroll consultant, HR operations teamlead, implementation consultant for various HR IT systems and as process improvement specialist.
Her assignments have one thing in common: to help organisations attain processes that are more efficient, smooth and future-proof. In doing so, Joske enjoys bringing together teams and professionals to align on their goals and cooperation.
When she needs to clear her mind, Joske sits down behind her piano to play a few pieces. The perfect way to an instant mental refresher!
